Sentimental Sundays Challenge #258: Happy Mother's Day/Really Girly!!

I colored up an image called "Party Frock".  She is so lovely, I really enjoyed creating this card!  I had a hard time deciding what color to go with on her dress, I changed my mind so many times.  I'm planning to color her up again soon and try red this time.

    She is very pretty and well colored. I really like that highlighting around her. I agree, sometimes when you have a large area to color and that area will determine the colors in your card it is hard to choose was to use!
