Newton's Nook Designs June Release Day 4

Hello!  Welcome to our last day, day 4 of the June release at Newton's Nook Designs. Don't forget, all of the products you've seen in this week's release will be available in store tomorrow!!! 

Today we've got this super fun set, "Newton Rides West".  Don't you just LOVE these fun images and sentiments?!  I drew my inspiration for this card from the incredible red rocks in Arizona.  It's been years since I've seen them with my own eyes, but I still remember how awe inspiring this desert/mountain region was to drive through.  I found this photo on Pinterest to give you an idea, in case you've not seen the area in person.

I had a lot of fun building this scene with Newton riding his hobby horse through the cactus filled desert!  I distress inked my pre-night sky and added stars with white splatter. The clouds are from the Sky Borders set by NND.  The hill was created with a die by MFT, Scenic Safari.  I finished it off by heat embossing the sentiment in gold on a banner and adding that cute little horse shoe!
