Hello OSAT Hoppers and Welcome to our Spring Has Sprung Hop! You should have arrived here from the fabulous Tina Riddle's blog, if not, you may want to start at the beginning so you don't miss a thing!
Down here in South Carolina, our daffodils have begun blooming and I'm seeing buds on our trees. I'm excited for Spring and Easter!
Which leads me to the products I've decided to show you this month. I'm a big fan of this company, Sunny Studios Stamps. I purchased my first set about 6 months ago and absolutely love the quality and designs. I will link below so you can check them out!
For my card, I used a set called "A Good Egg". I did a little masking to create this fun layered paint can effect behind the eggs. The background paper is by Doodlebug.
I found this gift bag at the dollar store and thought it matched my card so well, so I created a little gift tag to go on it. I'll fill this bag full of goodies for someone very special to me :) On the tag, I used "A Good Egg" again, and also added the sun from "Sunny Sentiments". The tag shape is by MFT.
And lastly...another project that I've been working on! For years I grew wheatgrass..my kitchen was FULL of trays of grass and we juiced it daily. Well, life sometimes gets in the way and I stopped growing. I'm so excited to announce that I'm back in the green. Just look at how gorgeous this grass is, doesn't it make you want to run your fingers through it?! Well, in just a few more days, this first tray is going in my morning smoothies.

ReplyDeleteThat really is some gorgeous grass you have there AJ! You know, we don't see lush green lawns around here, especially growing in one's kitchen. Awesome Easter card too. I love that it is bright and cheery colors and not the usual pastel. How serendipitous that you had a gift bag to match so well!
