CYCI #102 - Sketch Challenge - Be Inspired!

Hello everyone and welcome to Can You Case It #102 Sketch Challenge!  Ok, I'm going to admit I absolutely love sketch challenges, especially when my crafty mojo is taking a nap.  I think I've been a little slow coming back from an awesome holiday vacation!  So who's with me?  Let's get into our studio spaces and create!!!

I actually colored up this gorgeous image while I was visiting my cousin Linda up in Wisconsin over the holidays.  We had so much fun, we spend all our time talking, laughing and crafting in the short time we have together.  I wish we lived closer!

Here's the ingredient list for my card:

Image is by #IndigoBlu and it's called Poppy Heart (the large 4x5 size, not the dinkie sized one)

Background Stamp is by #ImpressionObsession called French Text http://www.iostamps.com/product/CC151.html (I'm in love with this stamp)

Stiched Heart Dies by #GinaMarieDesigns - if you don't own this die set yet..you need to grab it for your Valentines Day cards!!  Isn't this the most beautifully shaped heart die out there??  And an amazing deal at$10 every day! Shop for Heart Dies and More - Click Here

Ok, your turn to make something beautiful!!!  Thanks for stopping by,

Gina Marie Designs Stitched Squares and Leaf Dies

Hi everyone, showing off a few more of Gina Marie's gorgeous dies today and combining them with this stamp by Stampin Up from the set Happy Scenes.

I used 3 of the dies from the Stitched Square Set.  There are 8 different sized squares in this set, for only $10, what a great deal!!  I made my frame by running two of the dies together held in place by washi tape, through my Big Shot.  Then I cut one extra, larger square using the orange patterned paper and used that as a base.  I liked a little extra matting, so I added brown and trimmed along a fine edge.  I love layers, don't you?!

Then I cut a few of the Oak Leaves Dies out, are you kidding me, these cut so perfectly and have those gorgeous embossed lines in them!  I'm in love, a must have set of two different sizes, for only $5!

I copic colored my little happy scene with copics, it took me just a couple of minutes.  Then I sponged on some Weathered Wood distress ink and put a little stickle glitter on the punkins!  I tied off a little bunch of oak leaves with gold cording and put it all together.

I thank you for stopping by today..head on over to Gina Marie's shop for some amazing deals on these gorgeous dies and much more!  http://wholesalecraftingsupplies.com/t/-gina-marie-designs-

Hi everyone, I'm back today with another card featuring Gina Marie Designs dies!

This is a really simple layout that went together easily but came out looking so nice.  I made the window frame using 2 hexagon dies together and rolled them through my Big Shot.  Then I sponged some distress inks to make the night sky on the inside panel.  I highlighted the trees with a little white ink to make them look moonlit.  Added some stars with my white Uni-ball pen.  Sentiment by Tim Holtz on birch paper and a few doo dads and that's it!

So I have an extra Gina Marie Designs Pine Tree die that I would love to giveaway to one lucky follower today!  To be entered, all you have to do is leave a comment and be a follower of my blog!  That's it!
